Our Team

  • Cohen - Crew Chief

Cohen is a sharp, no-nonsense crew chief in his second season running point for a competitive racing team. With a background as a top mechanic and a deep-rooted understanding of automotive engineering, Cohen quickly earned the role due to his reputation for diagnosing and solving complex mechanical issues under intense pressure.

Despite being relatively new to the leadership role, Cohen commands respect from the team thanks to a tireless work ethic, communication, and a knack for staying calm when the track heats up. The team constantly tuning setups, analyzing data, and pushing both machine and team to the limit in search of victory.

Driven, analytical, and fiercely loyal, Cohen bridges the gap between the garage and the raceway with precision and passion.

  • Josh - Tires

Josh, known in the pit as “Chappy,” is in his second year as a tire specialist for Batchelder racing, but his passion for the sport goes back as far as he can remember. Raised on the roar of engines and the smell of burnt rubber, Josh grew up attending races with his family, collecting diecast models, and watching classic race footage like it was gospel.

  • Julian - Suspension

Julian is a battle-hardened veteran of the racing world, with over two decades of experience behind the wheel. Julian is more than just a fast driver—he’s a master of car setup.

He speaks the language of chassis tuning, suspension geometry, and tire wear with fluent precision.

Years of racing in all kinds of conditions have made Julian as much a technician as a driver. He’s known for arriving early, staying late, and working side by side with his crew to squeeze out every fraction of performance. Calm under pressure, a mentor to younger drivers, and brutally honest in the garage, Julian is the kind of racer who builds fast cars not just by driving them—but by understanding them on a molecular level.

  • Mike - Driver

Mike “Batch” Batchelder is a rare breed in motorsports—a gritty, self-made racer with the scars, skills, and trophies to prove it. Crowned Rookie of the Year twice—first on the dirt tracks in his late teens, then again on asphalt in 2024—His transition from the raw, slide-heavy world of dirt to the precision and speed of asphalt racing wasn't as easy as he had hoped and there is still plenty to learn.

Now in his mid-30s, Mike wears many hats. He’s not just the driver of the No. 94 car—he owns the team, builds the engines, tunes the setups, and still turns wrenches long after most team owners have gone to bed. His garage is a mix of old-school grit and modern precision, filled with both high-tech equipment and tools he’s collected over the years.

Mike's background in mechanics gives him an edge few drivers have—he knows exactly what his car needs because he built it with his own two hands. Whether he’s fine-tuning suspension, swapping a transmission, or leading the crew through a midnight rebuild, Mike does it all with the same relentless intensity he brings to the track.

Blunt, fiercely independent, and unapologetically passionate, Mike is a symbol of what racing used to be—and what it still can be when raw talent, mechanical know-how, and hard work collides.
