Rain, Rain, Go away
The 61st annual Opening Day event has been officially postponed due to persistent rain and unsafe track conditions in Lee, New Hampshire. What was set to be the culmination of months of offseason preparation and development will now have to wait, as teams across the paddock shift focus to the rescheduled race date.
For our team, the delay is an unexpected hurdle—but not a setback.
"Of course, we were all eager to hit the track and see where we stack up, but weather is part of racing. The delay is frustrating, but it also gives us a bit more time to review the data from testing and refine the car even further. Everyone on this team has worked incredibly hard in the offseason, and we’re ready to prove it when the green flag finally drops."
The team had shown promising signs during pre-season practice, gaining half a second in lap time through improvements led by veteran staff and executed efficiently by the crew. The driver has expressed growing confidence with the car's new setup and remains motivated to take on the challenge when competition resumes.
Until then, the team remains focused, prepared, and hungry for the season to get underway.
